How can I find out my Dodge's interior color?
Answer: To find out your interior color you can call or email us. We will need your Vin Number (the last 9 digits) and we can look up the information for you to ensure you get a color match.
When will I receive email notifications?
Answer: You will receive a few different emails from us when you place an order. The first will be sent once you click "submit" while placing your order online. The next email you will recieve is the "Your Order will ship today" which is sent the day your item ships. The last email you will receive is sent from UPS and has your package tracking numbers. If you don't receive any emails from us it is possible they have been "blocked", went to junk mail, or was typed incorrectly. Please contact us for an update if you do not receive any emails.
Where are you located?
Answer: MoparDodge's Store is based in the Adirondack Foothills of Upstate New York, located between Saratoga Springs and Lake George NY.
What if I want a part or item that isn't listed on your site?
Answer: If you don't see what you are looking for please let us know! We will be glad to try to find what you are looking for.
What is your return policy?
Answer: Please visit our Return Policy section.
What happens if I typed in my address wrong while placing my order?
Answer: This can be adjusted. Please contact us as soon as you notice the error. If it has already been shipped we are charged a fee from the shipping company and will have to bill you that amount. Please verify all information before submitting to ensure you won't be charged additional fees.
How long will it take me to get my order?
Answer: Please review our Shipping Transit Time section. This will help you determine when you should expect your order. As long as the item is in stock we will ship it the same (or next) business day. On rare occasions we may need to order in an item from our National warehouse. This could add additional time. If your order is time sensitive please give us a call at 800-696-8313 and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Do you ship internationally?
Answer: Yes. We currently offer both UPS and USPS. This can be determined in the shopping cart. If you aren't satisfied with the quote, please call us or email us and we will verify the shipping for you. Please be aware that all customs, duties, and brokerage fees are the responsibilty of the customer.
Can you ship to APO Military Addresses?
Answer: Yes we can. Select USPS in the shopping cart for your shipping method. Note: Some items are too large to ship through the USPS.
Can I do third party shipping?
Answer: Yes, as long as it is through UPS.
