Returns and Exchanges:

In the event that you would like to return or exchange an item, please do one of the following:

  • Fill out the RETURN / EXCHANGE FORM and include this with the item you are returning.  This form will allow our staff to process your return or exchange more efficiently.
  • If you don't have access to a printer, please include the packing slip (or a copy) & the reason for your return. (A note with your name, address, phone and order number is also acceptable.)
  • If you prefer, you can call us at (800)-696-8313 to arrange the return or exchange.
  • All items being exchanged must be returned before the new item is shipped.  If you would like the new Item shipped before the old item is received, our staff can charge your credit card account for the value of the item.  When the old item is returned you will be credited for the full value of the item being exchanged.

We reserve the right to deny your return or charge a restocking fee if it arrives without a return form (or necessary documentation), arrives after 30 days from the date of original billing or does not meet the requirements below. A restocking fee of 20% will be charged for any special order items or items we do not stock regularly.  Please note that we do not pay the shipping charges involved in returning goods.

NOTE: If you receive a damaged, defective or non-working item, please contact us immediately. (see below for more information)

MoparDodge.com will only accept returned items that:

  • Are in original packaging (unless defective)
  • Have all instructions and paperwork that were in the box when sent to you
  • Include all original parts and hardware
  • Are not damaged (this includes marks from installation)
  • Are in re-sellable condition.  If original packaging and/or product has been ripped open or has been otherwise defaced in any manner, you will not receive credit.

Shipping Refunds/Damaged Goods:

If your package was damaged by UPS you must call UPS at 1800 PICK UPS or MoparDodge.com at 1-800-696-8313. Immediate notification ensures compensation. Tracking number is required. The tracking number is on the UPS label on the box.

MoparDodge.com is not responsible for compensation of items damaged by UPS if they have been sent back without UPS inspection and claim issue.

Shipping will only be refunded only in those instances where the return is a result of our error. Orders sent Internationally, to Hawaii, or Alaska, will not be credited for shipping unless authorized by our customer service staff. Customs charges/import duty tax incurred by your country, will be paid by the consumer. In the instance the tax was refused: Shipping will not be credited and the restocking fee applies.

Returns that do not meet the terms and conditions above, and are returned to MoparDodge.com without prior notice, will become property of MoparDodge.com.
